Kilkeel 1. Ballyvange 4.

KILKEEL entertained Ballyvange in their last home game in the league at the Esplanade and were beaten by the side looking to catch Ballyvea at the top of the table.
The home side were missing three players through various reasons and got off to a bad start as they conceded a penalty after five minutes when Kenny Graham was judged to have fouled the 'Vange forward.
Keeper Dunn was given no chance with the ball being placed into the corner off the net.
Kilkeel had a good chance to equalise when Gareth Graham went on a solo run from his own half, beating four defenders only for the Ballyvange keeper to make an excellent save to deny the goal it deserved.
Both teams struggled to create any real chances and the half ended with Ballyvange leading 1-0.
Ballyvange doubled that lead early in the second half with a ball played through from midfield which looked offside but the appeals were waved away by the referee, the 'Vange forward making no mistake with the finish.
Kilkeel should have got one back when Ryan McMurray had an excellent chance only to scuff his shot into the keeper's hands.
Ballyvange made it three when a mistake by Gareth Graham allowed the ballyvange forward in on goal to Slide the ball past keeper Dunn and they soon made it four when a cross from the left was tapped in from two yards out.
Kilkeel got their consolation when Jonathan McMath scored after some good work on the right.
Kilkeel's next game is away to Annalong in the league in what should be an entertaining derby clash.
