A FAMILY from Kinallen has raised an incredible £3,025 for the children’s charity Angel Wishes through their passion project, The Barn - a unique car museum dedicated to classic and vintage vehicles.
The Biggerstaff family, who own and run The Barn, welcome visitors free of charge, offering complimentary refreshments during each visit. Instead of admission fees, guests are encouraged to make a voluntary donation to Angel Wishes, the family’s chosen charity for this year.
The museum has grown into a well-loved attraction for car enthusiasts, thanks not only to the Biggerstaffs’ generosity but also to the tireless efforts of long-time supporter Mr. Trevor Barlow. Known as the “backbone” of the operation, Trevor plays a vital role in coordinating visits and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
“We are truly grateful for the incredible generosity of everyone involved,” a spokesperson for Angel Wishes said. “The Biggerstaff family and Mr Barlow have created something very special with The Barn, and this donation will make a real difference to the families we support.”
The donation of £3,025 will go directly towards helping families supported by Angel Wishes, providing much-needed assistance to children and young people on their journeys.
The Barn continues to welcome visitors, offering a rare opportunity to step back in time through its collection of classic vehicles—all while supporting a meaningful cause.
