Call for play park zip line repairs in Ballymartin

IT IS hoped the broken zip line at a play park in the Mournes will be repaired soon.

The zip line at the Ballymartin play park has been broken for a number of weeks and has been reported for repair by Mournes representative Councillor Glyn Hanna.

Speaking to The Outlook, Cllr Hanna said: "The zip line in Ballymartin play park has now been broken for quite a few weeks. My colleague Diane Forsythe MLA and I have both reported the damage weeks ago.

"I have been assured parts should be here any day now hopefully this week and will be installed quickly. I know children really enjoy the zip line so we will be following up on this."
